Refrigerate all Dry Pre mix masala an air tight container after opening. It will stay fresh for 6months.
In cabinet shelf life is less. It stays fresh for 2 months only.

Refrigerate it stays fresh for 4-6months.
To make Sambhar for 6 people to take 1/2th cup of the Pre-mix add 4 cups of water to the mix.
Tempering: In 1 tablespoon of oil add Urad daal, Rai
2 Roma tomatoes (diced) saute this for 3 minutes add salt for the portion of water, Red chilly to enhance the spice level (optional)
Finally add the Pre Mix prepped mixture and boil for 10-15 minutes
Garnish with cilantro (optional) and enjoy with idli or Dosa!

To make Coconut chutney
To 2 cups of dry chutney mix add 1 cup of water to get desired consistency of chutney add salt as per taste
Tempering: In 1 tsp of oil add Rai, Urad daal and curry leaves enjoy with Idli or dosa.

Boil 2 cups of Overnight soaked Chickpea.
Gravy: In 1 table spoon oil add 2 grated onion, 1tbsp of crushed ginger garlic paste. Add 1/4th cup of Chole( Chickpea) Spice mix and saute again.
To it add Boiled Chickpeas and boil for 30 minutes. Garnish with sliced green chillies and cilantro.
